CORRECTED NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF DR. STANLEY E. TURNER Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.740a, Orange County hereby gives notice that on November 4,1999, its counsel will take the deposition upon oral examination of Dr.
Stanley E. Turner, Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Scientist, Holtec Intemational. Dr. Turner will be deposed with respect to Contention TC-2 in this proceeding. The deponent is hereby instructed to produce at that time all documents upon which he has relied or intends to rely with respect to Contention TC-2, and which have not previously been produced to Orange County by CP&L. The deposition will commence at 9 a.m. in the Goya Conference Room at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel, 37611 U.S. Highway 19 North, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684. The deposition testimony will be taken before a duly authorized court reporter under oath and will be transcribed.
