OL Notice of Intent to Pursue Negotiations / Motion vs. FE'M on to Compel Discovery /28 Responses mailed 9 This is written notice that Wells Eddleman, having received responses (so called) from FEMA via NRC Staff Counsel dated 9/28/84, considers such responses unsatisfactory and unresponsnive and is opening negotiations with the Staff (and FEMA if applicable) to get better answers.
If these negotiations are unsuccessful, a motion to compel will follow within 10 days.
