Upon consideration of the unopposed October 13, 1999 motion of intervenor Board of Commissioners of Orange County, North Carolina, (BCOC) foi an extension of the October 31, 1999 discovery deadline, in which BCOC outlines (1) the parties' cooperative efforts in conducting discovery; (2) the need for a four-day extension to complete two of the thirteen depositions scheduled to be taken in this proceeding due to scheduling conflicts; and (3) the fact the requested discovery extension will not affect the current schedule for written presentations and oral argument under'10 C.F.R. S 2.1113, in accordance with 10 C.F.R.
