Bright and Caroenter:
Pursuant to the Board's Order on Harassment allegations I have contacted Mr. Guild concerning the secret witness. Mr.
Guild informs me that to his knowledge to date (May 31) the witness had been unable to obtain a copy of die OI renort on the secret witness' allegations. B ased on the witness ' exnerience and dealings with OI, the witness evidently does not believe that the NRC will give fair consideration "o the witness' allegations.
