4 APPLICATION FOR. AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE l
Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the New York Power Authority, as holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specifications contained in Appendices A and B of this license.
The proposed Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS) will replace in its entirety the current Appendix B of the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications. Associated additions and i
deletions to Appendix A which would accompany RETS are included in this Application.
