APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE The New York Power Authority requests to amend a proposed amendment to the Technical Specifications (TS) contained in Appendix A to Facility Operating License DPR-59 for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. This application is filed in accordance with Section 10 CFR 50.90 of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's regulations.
The Authority provided a Technical Specification (TS) Amendment proposal (NYPA letter JPN-96-004, dated January 25,1996) to the NRC for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant regarding revisions to the Allowed Outage Times (AOTs) for single inoperable Emergency Diesel Generators EDGs.
