IDENTIFICATION OF WITNESSES FOR EVIDENTIARY HEARING ON CONTENTIONS I-62, V-3a,.V-3b and V-4 AND ORDER OF PRESENTATION Pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order Confirming Prehearing Conference Rulings on Statue of Certain Parties and Schedule Regarding Certain Contentions (slip op. at 4) (October 20, 1983),

Applicant hereby identifies its witnesses for the evidentiary hearing schedule to commence on December 7, 1983. These witnesses are in addition to those individuals identified as affiants in the motions for summary

I-62 Dr. Craig D. Sawyer, Manager, Systems Integration Engineering, General Electric Company. Mr. Sawyer has been

employed by General Electric Company for over 10 years and has conducted transient and accident methods analyses for boiling water reactors. He has a B.S. degree in chemical engineering and an M.S. and Ph.D. in nuclear engineering, with extensive experience in the design and operating of boiling water reactors. Mr. Sawyer will testify as to the operation of such reactors with regard to the avoidance of pressurized thermal shock.

V-3a and V-3b Walter C. Payne, Survey Coordinator, Real Estate Division, Philadelphia Electric Company. Mr. Payne is a Registered Surveyor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has more than 30 years experience in surveying projects. He will t stify as to the location of the ARCO and Columbia Gas pipelines in the vicinity of the Limerick site.

Jack G. Brown, Director of Transmission Engineering, Columbia Gas Transmission Company. Mr. Brown, a graduate electrical englaeer, has worked extensively in the field of pipeline design, construction and operation. He will testify as to the design, construction and operation of the Columbia Gas Transmission pipeline in the vicinity of the Limerick Generating Station.

LeRoy Christman, District Manager, ARCO Pipt:line Company. Mr. Christman, an ARCO employee for 37 years, will testify as to the design, construction and operation of the ARCO petroleum products pipeline which passes near the Limerick Generating Station.

Applicant is also reporting that the parties have not agreed to consider the four contentions in an order different from that suggested by the Licensing Board.
