APPLICANT'S EXCEPTION TO PARTIAL INITIAL DECISION Pursuant to section 2.762 of the Commission's Rules of Practice, 10 C.F.R. S 2.762, and the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board's Order of November 17, 1982 in this proceeding, Louisiana Power & Light Company (" Applicant") hereby takes the following exception to the November 3, 1982 Partial Initial Decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board:

Condition (2) of the Licensing Board's Order, at page 71 of the Partial Initial Decision, as modified by the Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order (Re Applicant's Motion for Reconsidera-tion or Clarification) of December 14,

' 1982, specifies that letters of agreement shall be obtained for the drivers of vehicles necessary to implenert the -

evacuation plans. Slip Op. at 71.

In accordance with the Appeal Board's November 17, 1982 Order, this exception supersedes the three exceptions filed by Applicant on November 12, 1982.
