TRANSMITTAL OF AFFIDAVITS RELATED TO STORAGC OF UNIRRADIATED FUEL AT Tile LIMERICK GENERATING STATION Pursuant to the Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (TR 7919-7921), Applicant hereby transmits the affidavits of Lubomir B. Pyrih of Philadelphia Electric Company and Paul S. Stansbury of General Electric company related to hypothetical accidents involving unieradiated fuel to be stored at the Limerick Generating Station. The affidavits conclude that there is no credible potential for violating the regulations applicable to onsite and offsite releases in the event of an accident involving the unirradiated fuel bundles to be delivered to and stored at Limerick Generating Station.
