The changes requested are typographical and administrative corrections to the Technical Specification change originally submitted in Item 2 to Reference 2 and further changed in Reference 3. +
Attachment A contains a markup reflecting the requested changes of the Technical Specifications. Attachment B provides a Discussion, Justification and No Significant Hazards Consideration Analysis, for the changes requested.
Please substitute the enclosed attachment A and B pages and delete the same pages from Reference 2 and 3.
