In Reference 1, Nuclear Management Company, LLC, (NMC) submitted the Owner's Inservice Inspection Summary Report for Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP) Unit 1 Fall 2002 refueling outage (U1 R27) in accordance with ASME Section Xl, Subsection IWA-6230.

During the PBNP U1R27 outage, some of the nozzles on the safety injection accumulator tanks, T-34A and T-34B, were removed as a result of ultrasonic examinations identifying indications on the inside surface. The specific aspects of the Repair/Replacements (R/R) were documented on Section Xl NIS-2 forms. However, a review of the NIS-2 form for the T-34A accumulator showed that the replaced 2-inch piping segment had not been included on the form.

Enclosure 1 to this letter contains a corrected NIS-2 for the Owner's Inservice Inspection Summary Report. This report is being resubmitted in accordance with ASME Section Xl, subsection IWA-6230 as required by the 1998 Edition with Addenda through 2000 of ASME Section Xl.
