In accordance with the provisions of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50 M(p)(2), I hereby submit an updated version of the Physical Security Plan for the UCI Nuclear Reactoc Facility.-

The plan has been retyped and formatted but is essentially as originally approved with the following l modifications:

1. The fuel element and uranium possessions have been updated to agree with current inventory .

(Note there has been NO change in the license linuts.) 1

2. The alarm n porting system at tb UCIPD has been redescribed to agree with changes in instrumentation made over the last two year period.

l 3, The description of the computer controller unit has been changed to include sucent revisions.

4. Minor changes in language have been made to clarify personnel and responsibilities. I 1
