g i During troubleshooting of a low sample flow alarm on the Unit 1 Channel B g

, , , , i hydrogen analyzer, the differential pressure regulator for the oxygen supply ,

g was found with the diaphragm ruptured. Investigation found 5 of 12 defective g M i renulators. Since the problem was found during functional testing prior to g o l_ operation of the system it is felt that the health and safety of the public ,
