2. The transmission lines emanating from the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant would, as presently routed, have a most severe and adverse impact upon the historic district at the canter of the Town of South llampton. l y
3. The transmission lines emanating from the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant would, as presently routed, have a most severe and adverse impact upon the historic areas known as Jewelltown 4 and liighland. '
