Dear Sir:

hiy letter to you dated July 9,19Er , on the above subject explained Northern Indiana Public Service Company's (NIPSCO) position on this subject and suggested that NIPSCO will pursue this item as soon as engineering resumes or by June 1,1981.

This is to inform you that engineering has not yet resumed and we are unable to obtain the information necessar'f to determine whether any safeti-related systems or components that have been delivered to the Bailly site contain AH-90 or NH-90 series H'f d ramotor Actuators manufactured by ITT General Controls.

We will pursue this item after engineering resumes or respond by January 4,198 3.
