December 1, 1989. Revision bars are used in the llED Resolution Report Addendum to denote changes from the previous submittal (Reference A), where applicable. For Human Engineering Discrepancies (HEDs) which have been

!- resolved, a specific completion statement is included for each Unit, as i -appropriate. Where no completion statement is included, corrective action for that HED is still in process. Since the Executive Summary and Program Plan Addenda consist of new material, no revision bars are used. Refer to Attachment 2, Section 5.0 (Executive Summary - Addendum 5) for the current implementation schedule.

I 'lloustnh Lighting & Power Company ST-HL AE 3319 File No.: G9.17, J34, G9.14 Page 2 Most of the HEDs concerning the Qualified Display Processing System (QDPS) have been corrected through firmware modifications prepared by Westinghouse. These modifications were implemented during the first refueling outage for Unit 1 and prior to Commercial Operation for Unit 2.

Implementation of the remaining minor graphics changes remains scheduled for the third refueling outage for each Unit (Reference A). QDPS items are discussed further in Attachment 3 (HED Resolution Report - Addendum 4, Note CPT-1, Page 2 3).

HL&P remains committed to the Control Room Design Review Program as an ongoing program. The CRDR Program Plan describes the process used during the STP construction phase. Addendum 1 to the Program Plan has been prepared to address CRDR activities, now that both Units are operational, and is included as Attachment 4.
