Dear Mr. Ringenberf,

This is a followup on my letter of July 18, 1980 concerning temperatures of the Coooer Nuclear Station discharge canal (Discharge 001) which were in excess of the 103 F limit.

Please be advised that no temperature noncompliances have occurred, to date, since July 16, 1980.

Inasmuch as the discharge temperature is dependent in part on the river temperature, we anticipate no further excess temperatures as long as river temperatures remain within the normal summer range.
