SUMMARY

The plant operated continuously with the following power reductions: EOC22 coastdown continuation and an EOC shutdown for RFO 22. EOC 22 Coastdown continued until 3/4/05. The shutdown began at that time and ended with a manual scram inserted on 3/5/05.
