SUMMARY
The plant operated at essentially 100% power for the month of June except for one planned shutdown to fix leaking safety relief valves and to stop condenser air in-leakage. There were also some rod pattem adiustments. There were no Unplanned power reductions during the month of June.
There was one planned shutdown during June. The plant began shutting down on June 13 and was shutdown via a manual reactor scram on June 14.
The plant began starting up on June 16 and reached 100% power on June 17. There was one minor power loss during the month.
The power was reduced to the 96 - 98% range for a series of rod pattern adjustments over a roughly 1 5-hour time span on June 17/18. These were performed to bring the plant to an equilibrium post-startup rod pattem.
