3.1 If any pressurizar PORV's open on high pressurizar pressure, ensure ressating at 2315 psig decreasing.

3.2 Ensure the CA System flow to Steam Generators. If not, manually start the uotor driven CA Pumps.
NOTE: If the CA Pumps receive an auto-start signal depress the Train "A" and Train "E" CA Modulating Valves Rasets in order to regulate flow to the steam generators.
3.3 verify no-load P:R level (25%) and Pressure (2235 psig) are restored and maintained. Verify charging and letdown flow normal. ,

3.6 Announce occurrance over plant paging system.
3.7 Note the cause of the trip on the first out panal before resetting the alarm.
3.8 If all rods are not fully inser ad, borate 150 ppm for each rod not inserted per OP/1/A/6150/09 (Boron Concen=ation Con =c1).
3.9 Transfer NR-45 to one source use charmal and one intermediate range h a' for indication. Ensure a negative period and decaying count race.
3.10 When the ca;:se of the trip haa been determined, withdraw the shutdown banks per OP/1/A/6150/08 (Rod Control).
3.11 Turn Turb Gen Voltage Regulator switch to "Off".
3.12 Sclect "Raset" on the Moisture Separator bhanter Panel.
3.13 Transfer Auz. Sramm Supply to Main Stean by opening 1AS-12 (Un::.t 1 Ms.
Sta. to Aux. Stm. Bdr. Con =ol Inlet Isolation) and close 1AS-9 (Unit 1 "C" E=. Bleed to Aux. Scm. Bdr. Isolation) .
3.14 Transfer steam dump control to the " Pressure" mode and adjust controller as necessary to maintain Tave 557*T (approximately 1090 psig) .
l CAUTION: Ensure Primary and Secondary Systems have stabilized before going to pressure mode.
3.15 Place Auto Start Defeat switches of Aux. Feedwater Pumps A & B to " Defeat".
3.16 Verify Volume Control Tank level is being maintained.
l 3.17 Secure any excess Condensate Booster Pumps and Hoewell Pumps.
3.18 Reset E1 Flux at Shutdown Alarm when neutron flux decreases below setpoint.
3.19 Notify Chemistry to obtain a NC System baron sample. Perform a reactivity balance calculation and maintain a shutdown margin equal to or greater than 1.6% Ak/k-par OP/0/A/6100/06 (Reactivity Balance Calculation).
3.20 Notify Plant Manager or Superintendent of Operations per Station Directive 3.1.6 (Notifying Management of Operating Conditions).

may commence per OP/1/A/6100/01 (Controlling Procedure for Unit Startup.
If shutdown is necessary, refer to OP/1/A/6100/02 (Controlling Procedure for Unit Shutdown).
