Dear Mr. Goff:

On December7,2O11, the NRC administered the genericfundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to thirteen employees of your facility. All applicants passed the exam. Enclosed with this letter are copies of the final answer key, the grading results for your facility, and copies of individual examination answer sheets for your employees and NRC comments, if any. Please forward the results to the individuals along with the copy of their respective answer sheets.

A "P" in the column labeled RESULTS indicates that the individual achieved a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE.

A copy of the BWR GFE and the answer key are available for your review on the NRC's web site approximately 60 days following the examination administration date at:
