SEPTEMBER 7, 2011, NRC GENERIC FUNDAMENTALS EXAMINATION RESULTS FOR INDIAN POINT STATION. UNIT 3 (COVER LETTER PUBLICLY AVAILABLE, ENCLOSURES WITHHELD FROM PUBLTC)
Dear Mr. Ferrick:
On September 7, 2011, the NRC administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to employees of your facility. All seven of the applicants passed the exam. Enclosed with this letter are copies of tf'e final answer key, the grading results for your facility, and copies of the individual examination answer sheets for each of your employees and NRC comments, if any. Please fonruard the results to the individuals 319ry with the copies of their respective answer sheets. A 'P' in the column labeled RESULTS indicates that the individual achieved a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE.
Those individuals having an "F" in the RESULiS column faiied the examination.
A copy of the PWR GFE and the answer key are available for your review on the NRC's web site approximately 60 days following the examination administiation date at:
