SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC Submittal of the SHINE Physical Security Plan In support of the SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC (SHINE) application for an-operating license for a medical isotope production facility,* SHINE hereby submits the Physical Security Plan. The balance of the SHINE application for an operating Jic*ense is being submitted via Reference (1 ).

Enclosure 1 provides the SHINE Physical Security Plan, provided in accordance with 10 CFR 73.67(c)(1 ). Enclosure 1 contains safeguards information, as defined in 10 CFR 73.2.

SHINE requests that the NRC withhold Enclosure 1 from unauthorized disclosure under 10 CFR 73.21. . .
