SUMMARY

Summary Description of Changes FSAR Impacts Correct an inconsistency in the description of the prevention of excessive power pulses are the start of the irradiation cycle provided in Subsection 13a2.1.2.2, Scenario 4.

Section 13a2.1 Correct the reactivity insertion value resulting from a loss of neutron source during irradiation event.

Section 4a2.6, Section 13a2.1 Update to the analysis of a tritium release into the tritium purification system glovebox event, including a modified sequence of events and initial material at risk value.

Section 13a2.1, Section 13a2.2, Table 13a3-1 Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) mark-ups related to the SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC (SHINE) responses to requests for additional information are provided as Attachment 1 to (non-public version) and Enclosure 3 (public version). FSAR mark-ups associated with the above FSAR changes are included with those mark-ups provided as Attachment 1 to and Enclosure 3.
