Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to your amendment application dated October 6, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML22279A951), as supplemented by letter dated February 17, 2023 (ML23048A244). The proposed action would allow the receipt and possession of contained special nuclear material necessary for the continued construction of the SHINE Technologies, LLC Medical Isotope Production Facility.
The Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact was published in the Federal Register on May 2, 2023.
