Following the audit, the NRC Staff provided updated draft SSMs reflecting the audit discussions. SHINE has prepared a mark-_up of the updated draft ssrv,s, reflecting SHINE's understanding of the Intent of the SSMs, including additional understanding resulting from clarification discussions between SHINE and the NRC Staff held on October 15, 2020-and October 21, 2020. The Intent of these mark-ups is to inform continued discussions between SHINE and the NRC Staff as the NRC continues the review of the SHINE Physical Security Plan (Reference 2). provides the SHINE mark-up of the updated draft SSMs. Enclosure 1 contains safeguards information, as defined in 10 CFR 73.2. SHINE requests that the NRC withhold *from unauthorized disclosure under 10 CFR 73.21.
