SHINE Medical Technologies. LLC Application for an Operating License Commitment Change Related to the Submission of a Revision to the Technical Specifications Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.30, SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC. (SHINE) submitted an application for an operating license for a medical isotope facility located in Janesville, Wisconsin (Reference 1).

Via References (2), (3), and (4), SHINE made commitments to provide a revision to the technical specifications incorporating the mark-ups provided in each reference by February 28, 2021. SHINE has determined that additional time is needed to incorporate technical specification changes resulting from the SHINE responses to requests for additional information (Reference 5) currently in progress. Therefore, the commitment date is changed to March 31, 2021.
