SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC Operating License Application Supple ment No. 4 Submittal of a Revision to the SHINE Physical Securjty Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.30, SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC (SHINE

) submitted an application for an operating license for a medical isotope production facility (Reference 1) to be located in Janesville, 'M. As part of the application, and under separate cover, SHINE submitted the Physical Security Plan (Reference 2). SHINE has determined that a revision to the Physical Security Plan Is necessary' to address considerations discussed with the NRC Staff during a September 2020 regulatory audit (Reference 3).

1 provides a revision the SHINE Physical Security Plan. Enclosu re 1 contains safeguards information, as defined in 10 CFR 73.2. SHINE requests that the NRC withhold from unauthorized disclosure under 10 CFR 73.21.
