LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 7-84 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is for Norther States Power Company (NSPM) to describe planned security related modifications to the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. The meeting will discuss Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information and therefore will not be open to public participation.

PARTICIPANTS: Participants from the NRC include members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR).
