The purpose of this meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Northern States Power Company (NSPM) is to discuss a proposed license amendment request to extend the allowed outage time for the Emergency Diesel Generator Fuel Oil Storage Tank at Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant.
