REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN REVISION 14 By letter dated February 4, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML15037A050), Xcel Energy, submitted the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 14. The enclosure to the letter contained Safeguards Information and has been withheld from public disclosure. The Reactor Security Licensing Branch (RSLB) staff is currently reviewing the submittal to ensure compliance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.54(p)(2). The RSLB staff has determined that additional information is necessary to complete its review. The request for additional information (RAI) is designated as Official Use Only-Security Related Information, in accordance with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information policy and must be withheld from public disclosure. Please issue the enclosed RAI to the licensee.
