This letter confirms the email correspondence between Mr. Barry Garber of your staff and Mr. Gerald McCoy of the NRC, on March 21, 2012, concerning a Regulatory Conference being conducted at your request, which has been scheduled for April 19, 2012, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of this Regulatory Conference is to discuss one Apparent Violation (AV) of Technical Specification (TS) 6.4.A.7 associated with Surry Unit 2 reactor coolant system (RCS) standpipe level erratic indications.
