Additional Documents Request for Mod/50.59 Inspection Hello Tracy, I have the following additional documents to request as part of the Mod/50.59 inspection:

- Design Document BECH-M190-GBD

- DGC-M100 (Design Guide for Seismic Cat. I Piping System)- B31.1 Piping Code- Evaluation 462706 & WO 40297129- Pump House Structural Drawings showing plans, sections, and details (associated with EC 281806 Rev. 0)- Procedures and work instructions used to perform heavy load lift/movement in the Pump House- ACI 318 Engineering Change 278809 If possible, I request that these documents be made available by Monday 1/11/16 when the team arrives on site.Thank you, Joon S.
