The revised Section 5.6, Reporting Requirements, marked up and clean-typed pages are attached.
The revised Regulatory Commitment list is as follows:
Prior to implementation of this proposed amendment, the requirements in the following Technical Specification Sections will be relocated to the QATR as described in Section 3.0 of the Enclosure to this submittal.
5.1.1 Responsibility 5.2.1 Onsite and Offsite Organization 5.3.1 Facility Staff Qualifications 5.4.1 Procedures 5.5.1 Offsite Dose Assessment Manual 5.5.4 Radioactive Effluent Controls Program 5.6.2 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report Prior to implementation of this proposed amendment, the requirements in the following Technical Specification Section will be relocated to a licensee-controlled document as described in Section 3.0 of the Enclosure to this submittal.
