Plan Implementation Review. This inspection involved 70 inspector-hours by

two NRC inspectors.

Results: The inspectors identified the current status of the security program

the implementation of which appears to be progressing adequately. Some areas

that must be completed prior to licensing were identified. No violations were

j identified.

I Sixteen of the remaining twenty-two inspection modules and IE Bulletin 79-16

are considered closed. All open items previously ideatified in the 16 modules

being closed have been adequately addressed and are considered closed.
