Protected and Vital Areas Access Control of Personnel:
Failure to adequately search security personnel as required.
b.
Protected and Vital Area Barriers: Three penetrations of a vital area barrier had not been adequately protected.
The licensee's site security program is being impleinented in an adequate and i
safe manner.
