NUCLEAR PLANT WNP-2, OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 CYCLE 13 CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT (COLR)The Supply System hereby submits the COLR 97-13, Revision 2, in accordance with the requirements of WNP-2 Technical Specification 5.6.5.The operating limits in the COLR resulting from the Cycle 13 reload and licensing analyses have been evaluated against the criteria of 10 CFR 50.59 and it was determined that no unreviewed safety questions are created by its implementation.

The COLR has been reviewed and approved by the WNP-2 Plant Operations Committee.
