Dear Daniel Stoddard:

By letter dated August 24, 2020, Virginia Electric & Power Company, doing business as Dominion Energy Virginia (Dominion) submitted a subsequent license renewal application (SLRA) pursuant to title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations part 54 (10 CFR), to renew operating licenses NPF-4 and NPF-7 for the North Anna Power Station (North Anna), Units 1 and 2, for review by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the staff). This letter is to inform you about a schedule change in the North Anna subsequent license renewal review.

In February 2022, the NRC revised the North Anna review schedule showing future milestone dates as "to be determined" to allow the staff to determine the impacts of Commission Orders CLI-22-02 and CLI-22-03 on the North Anna project schedule.

In August 2022, Dominion submitted its SLRA annual update. In September 2022, in response to the Commission Orders, Dominion submitted its SLRA, appendix E (Environmental Report), Supplement 1. The NRC has completed its evaluation of impacts on the North Anna project schedule. The enclosed schedule has been updated to reflect future project milestones. The estimated staff hours to support the enclosed schedule is 5,080 hours9.259259e-4 days
0.0222 hours
1.322751e-4 weeks
3.044e-5 months
.December 15, 2022 D.
