NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 - CORRECTION TO ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NOS. 296 AND 279 (EPID L-2023-LLA-0006)
Dear Eric S. Carr:
On March 18, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML24005A004), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 296 to Renewed Facility Operating License (RFOL) No. NPF-4 and Amendment No. 279 to RFOL No. NPF-7 for the North Anna Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. The amendment approved a change to the Emergency Preparedness Plan related to the relocation of the Technical Support Center.
Subsequently, your staff identified errors in the text of the issued amendments. Specifically, the text of paragraph 2 for North Anna Unit 1 did not have the proper date of the NRC staff safety evaluation. That paragraph should have read as follows:

Accordingly, by Amendment No. 296, Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-4 is hereby amended to authorize revision to the Emergency Plan for the North Anna Power Station, Unit 1, as set forth in Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion Energy Virginia) application dated January 13, 2023, as supplemented by letters dated June 27 and December 11, 2023, and February 9, 2024, and evaluated in the NRC staffs safety evaluation dated March 18, 2024.
Additionally, the text of paragraph 2 for North Anna Unit 2 had the incorrect license number and did not have the proper date for the NRC staff safety evaluation. The paragraph should have read as follows:
