The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued the enclosed Amendment No.10 to Materials License No. SNM-1999 for the Cushing Refmery site. This amendment is in response to Kerr-McGee Corporation's application dated August 17,1998, and supplemented by your letters dated June 4. June 15, June 18, and July 29,1999, in which you requested NRC to authorize remediation of the Cushing, Oklahoma, Refinery Site (Cushing) by license amendment.

Dear Mr. Lux:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued the enclosed Amendment No.10 to Materials License No. SNM-1999 for the Cushing Refmery site. This amendment is in response to Kerr-McGee Corporation's application dated August 17,1998, and supplemented by your letters dated June 4.
