The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 3 to Materials License-No. SNM-1999 for the Cushing Refinery Site. This amendment is.in response'to your application dated May 10, 1995, which requested authority to possess 1
calibration and reference radioactive sources containing U-235, not to exceed 0.1 microcurie per source.
