ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO MATERIALS LICENSE NO. SNM-1999.

CUSHING REFINERY SITE (TAC NO. L51418)

Dear Mr. Lux:

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 4 to Materials License l No. SNM-1999 for the Cushing Refinery Site. This amendment is in response to l Kerr-McGee's license amendment request dated June 3.1993, as supplemented by correspondence dated September 4.1996, in which Kerr-McGee provided the information required by License Condition 11.D. The staff has concluded that '

Kerr-McGee has satisfied the recuirements, and thus the license condition is no longer necessary to be incluced in License SNM-1999. Accordingly. License  !

No. SNM-1999 is amended as follows:

11.D. Deleted In Amendment No. 3. several corrections were inadvertently omitted. These

omissions have been corrected in Amendment No. 4. Condition 11.A. had previously stated February 1. 1994, and has been corrected to May 1. 1994.

Condition 11.I. had previously stated Will Rogers, as the Radiation Safety Officer, and has been corrected to Mr. Terence Moore. Condition 11.K. had two omissions in the licensee's submittal dates and has been corrected to include August 26, 1993, and January 5. 1994. )
