The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff is in the process of reviewing the decommissioning plan for Kerr-McGee Corporation's former refinery facility at Cushing Oklahoma. We would appreciate receiving comments on this decommissioning plan from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEO) by June 12, 1997.
Based on our telephone conversation on May 7. 1997, I understand that ODE 0 has a copy of the Cushing decommissioning. plan.
