We would appreciate receiving comments on this decommissioning plan from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality '

(ODEO) by June 12, 1997. Based on our telephone conversation on May 7. 1997, I understand that ODE 0 has a copy of the Cushing decommissioning. plan.
