Docket No. 70-3073 License No. SNM-1999 During the annual inspection last week it was noted that there were no Fonn 4's in three individuals' folders. Two of these records were found in a stack of"To Be Processed" folders.
These are now in the dosimetry files. These records were Form 4's for individuals who started work on this site June 7 and 14,1999.
The third individual became a radiation worker in December 1998, and completed his dosimetry paperwork, at that time, including his dose estimate for the current (1998) and previous years.
The request was sent out yesterday and a Form 4 has been receised, and is in the Gle.
KMC radiation exposures for the cyrrent and previous years have been well below the monitoring threshold of 10% of the annual limits. KMC also projects that future work will result in similar exposures, also below this threshold. Therefore, KMC is not subject to the requirements of 10CFR20 for obtaining previous radiation exposure records. Ilowever, it is KMC Cushing's policy to attempt to obtain these records, and maintain them in the files. KMC will inspect the remaining radiation workers' Gles and verify that Form 4's are present, and if they are not, KMC will attempt to obtain them.
