. Effective , Indemnity Agreement No. E-25, between The University of Texas, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated November T., 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Item 2 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:

Item 2 - License number or numbers SNM-651 (From 12:01 a.m., Novcai>er 20, 1962)

R-92 (From 12:01 a.m., August 8, 1963)

R-129 (From 12 : 01 a.m. , JFiN li ;gg )

Item 3 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:

Item 3 - Location For licenses SNM-651 and R-92, the location is as follows: Tha main Reactor Laboratory, Room 131, Taylor Hall except for the Radiochemistry Room within the Reactor Laboratory, as delineated in Figure I enclosed ir. ae licensee's letter dated June 11, 1968. The location is on the University campus in Austin, Texas.

For license.R-129, the location is as follows:

The Nuclear Engineering Teaching Laboratory at the Balcones Research Center located at 101000 Burnet Road in Austin, Texas.
