Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461 By the letter dated September 3, 1982, Mr. Dale Holtzscher, Chairman of the LRG-II Working Group, provided you with position papers on six of the fifty-eight presently i''2ntified LRG-II issues. As you know, Illinois Power Company is a member of the LRG-II. We would like to advise you, in accordance with the practices developed by NRR and the LRG-II, that Illinois Power Company hereby incorporates five of the six position papers provided in Mr. Holtzscher's September 3, 1982 letter into the Clinton Power Station OL application.
For specificity, the September 3, 1982 letter provides information on the LRG-II issues identified in the following manner:
2-CPB, Rev. 1            3-CHEB,Reh.1 2-HFS, Rev. 1            5-ASB 3-HFS, Rev. 1            4-MEB Illinois Power is not incorporating the LRG-II position paper on issue 2-HFS into our application at this time since we are attempting to develop a plant-unique program to address this issue.

Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461 By the letter dated September 3, 1982, Mr. Dale Holtzscher, Chairman of the LRG-II Working Group, provided you with position papers on six of the fifty-eight presently i2ntified LRG-II issues. As you know, Illinois Power Company is a member of the LRG-II.
