CHANGE OF COUNSEL FOR SECURITY CON"ENTIONS This is to inform the Board, the Applicants, the NRC Staff, and the Intervenors that Deborah Greenblatt has withdrawn as counsel for the Intervencrs in regards to the security-related contentions.        As a result she should*be removed from the service
  ,        list in this matter.
  ;              Xs. Greenblatt will be replaced as counsel in regards to the security contentions by John Runkle, counsel for the Conser-vation Council of North Carolina.                All matters relating to the securi;y contentions should be addressed to Mr. Runkle.

Runkle telephoned Hill Carrow, counsel for the Applicants, i      at his office today and informed him of the change.                        Mr. Carrow stated that a draft proposed protective order and affidavits of non-disclosure will be sent out today.                    Mr. Runkle and Mr. Carrow
            !. ave agreed to meet Wednesday, July 13, to discuss the protective order and to negotiate any changes which need to be made.
