The proposed change will revise the wording to clarify the requirements for containment spray and residual heat removal spray operability.

l The proposed TS change is identified in Enclosure 1. The justification for j the proposed TS change is provided in Enclosure 2. A proposed determination l of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is l provided in Enclosure 3.
