The NRC requested this information in recent discussions. The responses to two questions are provided below.
The document in Technical Specification (TS) section 5.6.6.b. 1, NRC letter, CALLAWAY PLANT, UNIT 1 - ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT RE: PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE LIMITS REPORT (TAC NOS. MA5631 and MA7287),
dated March 24, 2000 is being removed because it is not needed in TS. This document is not needed to define the approved methodology.
The purpose of this amendment request is not to adopt Revision 4 of WCAP 14040.
The request is to adopt TSTF-419, which removes the revision number and date from the topical report reference.

The NRC requested this information in recent discussions.
