SUBJECT:

JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - REISSUE OF CORRECTED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION PAGE 3.6.6-3

Dear Mr. Hutto:

On June 30, 2017 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)

Accession No. ML17152A218), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No. 212 (Unit 1) and No. 209 (Unit 2) to the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant (FNP) Renewed Operating Licenses. The amendments were consistent with Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF-545, Revision 3, "TS lnservice Testing Program Removal & Clarify SR Usage Rule Application to Section 5.5 Testing."

Subsequent to the June 30, 2017, amendment, it was identified that the FNP, Unit 1 and Unit 2, Technical Specification (TS) page 3.6.6-3 was missing Surveillance Requirement (SR) 3.6.6.9, issued on February 26, 2016, in Amendment No. 200 (Unit 1) and No. 196 (Unit 2) (ADAMS Accession No. ML15345A131). The inadvertent omission of SR 3.6.6.9 was due to an administrative error in the processing Farley Amendment No. 202 (Unit 1) and No. 198 (Unit 2) on June 10, 2016 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15289A227). The omission of SR 3.6.6.9 was carried over into the June 30, 2017, FNP amendment that revised TS page 3.6.6-3.

Please update TS page 3.6.6-3 with the enclosed corrected page.

Sincerely, Shawn A. Williams, Senior Project Manager Plant Licensing Branch 11-1 Division of Operating Reactor Licensing Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Docket Nos. 50-348, 50-364
